I saw The Custom Factory on social media and ordered passport covers for my husband and myself. Absolutely wonderful service, delivered exactly what was asked for and ahead of time. So many choices to customize your covers, it was really hard making the decisions. Communication was easy and the staff were super nice to deal with. What a fantastic company! I got 2 passport covers made from them and they were just exceptional! The handcrafted finish is truly one of a kind! I was anxious ordering from Dubai when I live in the UK but I had no reason to worry.. They were patient with all my questions! Fantastic service!

This is one of the best customized products I have ever purchased in life.. I got excited as soon as I saw their designs but then people around me were skeptical saying that the final product wouldn’t turn out so well as the pics are always photoshopped.. but I was sure it would turn out perfect Because they were so involved with me in my weird choices and I loved their honest feedbacks what they provided.. voila the final product was beautiful much better than what was in the pics.. me and my husband loved it..
